(Again) So sorry for the late posting š¦
For this moment Ā I will explain my opinion about motion “About Prohibiting Student from Bringing Their Own Vehicle to School”, and I want to apologize sir Ā because at the time debate I did not attend so that I don’t have the video debate. So that’s my opinion.
Prohibition to students carrying vehicles have long been asked by the school to avoid harm. Look at the number of accidents that occur in the near future to make the school more and tighten the ban to bring the vehicle to a school primarily for students under 17 years. But there are already several large cities in Indonesia that tighten restrictions such as West Java, Jakarta, Malang, etc.
Department of Education (Disdik) West Java, composing notification letter to schools. According to the Deputy Chief Jakarta department of Education, Agus Suradika, the content of the notification letter assert to all school principals to prohibit students who don’t have a SIM (driving licence) carry the vehicle to school. When asked about the school bus, said Suradika, now Disdik is being upgraded school bus. That is, coordinating with Department of Transportation (Dishub) for routes where there is no public transport on the cover by school bus.
According to the rule that the applicant’s SIM must have exceeded the age of 17 years. We will tightening and do not allow teenagers or students under 17 years of age apply.Ā This becomes a lesson for all parties, particularly the elderly. Despite already having a motor vehicle, not to allow the son/daughter driving, let alone did not have a driver’s license.
Chairman of the Consultative work of the headmaster (MKKS) junior high school Jakarta, Sudrajat, said Adang, the school strongly support the existence of rules concerning the banning of students who take private transportation. In addition to the legislation expressly prohibits students under driving vehicles, it also potentially cause traffic accidents. Taufik, head of the Consultative work of the headmaster (MKKS) DKI Jakarta junior high school levels, said implementation of the ban on students carrying vehicle is very well done.
The head Department of Education Malang Edy Suhartono prohibitions ā especially junior high school students-take a motorcycle to school. The ban was submitted to eliminate the level of accidents experienced by students. Tomorrow Edy will gather the heads of schools to pass the ban. Technically, the headteacher who will convey to the students about the ban.
For the moment the prohibition addressed to the junior high school students who take a motorbike to school, because their rules are still not able to get SIM C. capability driving a vehicle it is true, they can already but a lot of other factors that are ignored, such as the question of maturity of emotion. General junior high school-age children still tend to be emotional in driving a vehicle accident giving rise to the detriment of themselves and other road users.
The school was instrumental in controlling the students not to bring the vehicle to school. Then, the school was the one who supervised their students that stubborn keep bringing the vehicle, even though it is banned. If school students keep breaking the rules, then the Department of Education will give a rebuke to the principal. Although a bit late, this exhortation refers to accidents that plagued Abdul Qadir Gilani, son of musician Ahmad Dani, who suffered the accident giving rise to a great many casualties and injuries.
The development of a growing number of students bring their vehicles to the school to make the school more tighten regulations by working with the Transportation Department for not issuing permits to students under 17 years create a SIM. In addition the school also worked closely with the Department of Transportation to improve transportation for the students so that they do not carry vehicles.
